3 Bedroom Cottage with Bedding, Barbecue and Internet

2400 square foot, 3 bedroom lake home situated on 10 acres with 500 feet of lake frontage. Bass lake is a 250 acre recreational lake with bass, perch, pike, blue hill and crappie.
This is a beautiful home with eat in kitchen, dining area, living room with large fireplace and an enclosed sun porch to relax and watch sunsets.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and two full baths. All bedrooms have lake view.
The kitchen has a large island with a cook top, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils, and coffeemaker. There is a washer/ dryer in the utility room.
A wrap around deck with a hot tub, a large fire pit with seating, a ball field, a wood fired sauna, trampoline, basketball court, a 20x40 foot lighted pavilion, a fishing dock and a boating swim dock add to the activity spaces.
The lake is gradual with sand bottom and no drop offs where you can use a paddle boat, 2 kayaks, long board, or a 10 foot fishing boat available for water fun. Water toys and life jackets are also available. Enjoy a swing on the swing or relax in a zero gravity chair.
A golf cart is also available to cruise the area.

Summary: Lots to do here on the property. Bill was great to work with. They gave us their well-stocked home for a wonderfully relaxing week. And very clean! The only possible downer for someone is if you are looking for a beach for kids to play in the sand, there really isn't one (hence the 4-star on listing accuracy). Wasn't an issue for us though. Would definitely recommend this owner and property!
